Water Out’s new technology and procedures used at JRCC meet new challenges in the business of drying where other methods frequently fall short of expectations.
The process used by JRCC through Water Out was invented by Charles Cressy. Currently Charles is the President of Water Out Drying Corp, and in 2003 he was granted a patent for his innovative process development. A flood in a home, business, or other structure can be devastating. The most significant improvement in this new process of dehumidification is the reduction in time needed to reduce water’s harmful effects to a buildings structure. Many items in a building can be cleaned, and possibly restored after the effects of water damage, however, the structure of a building itself is critical to dry as quickly as possible. With Water Out’s patented process and equipment, JRCC is able to minimize the toll that water may inflict, reducing the need for unnecessary restoration if possible.

Circulation when Drying: Open Drying vs. Closed Dehumidification
By using Water Out’s process, JRCC is able to offer the best advantage to our customers, which is a superior finishing result. With this innovative process, fresh air from outside the damaged building is conditioned through the Water Out trailer, then propelled into the structure at about 2%RH (relative humidity) then expelled out of the building. This process is referred to as “open drying”. Extreme low humidity in the conditioned air used to circulate and dry leaves a building that has experienced a flood clean and dry in a matter of days. Refrigerant and desiccant dehumidifiers are "closed systems." “Closed” dehumidification systems circulate the same air inside a structure repeatedly in an attempt to dry flooded areas. When the same humid air is reprocessed continually, foul odors and unwanted mold spores are more likely to develop, and spread through the building.

The choice between a closed system recycling contaminated air, or an open system using fresh conditioned air makes all the difference in the restoration process, and makes for an easy decision. Unlike some more outdated processes, Water Out is quiet, and inaudible from more than twenty feet. Dealing with a flood is enough trouble without having to worry about disturbing your business associates or neighbors.
