Ben Justesen is the President of Just Right Cleaning & Construction. He is very involved in the cleaning industry networks and associations to which he belongs. He credits his father, Blaine, and the dedicated employees of Just Right Cleaning & Construction for making it the best restoration company in Eastern Washington.
Shannon is the Office Manager of JRCC. Shannon was born in San Jose, CA and traveled back and forth from San Jose to Moses Lake until she was 11, when she moved here permanently. She attended Moses Lake High School for three years and graduated from Stratford Career Institute in 2005. She decided to adventure out on her own and moved to Dallas, TX in 2005 where she worked as an assistant manager for a Hallmark Cards. Family eventually brought her back to Moses Lake. Shannon started working as the office manager at JRCC in 2007 and has been here ever since. She has two boys, a wonderful husband and a bonus daughter. We spend as much time as we can camping, outdoors and having fun as a family
Matt has been in the industry for 12 plus years 7 of which have been estimating/sales he has obtained certifications through IICRC in water drying and mold. Matt grew up in Moses Lake 2nd oldest out of nine siblings, played sports throughout his child hood, lots of outdoor activities including, hiking, camping, hunting and running. He has been married for 2 years and has 3 wonderful boys.
Moses Lake born and raised. I followed my Father and Grandfather into the construction business working with them on job sites since I could pick up a hammer. I even met my husband while working at a lumber yard. I joined the JRCC team in 2016 and fell in love with the restoration industry and am currently in the Payroll and Admin department. I married my husband in 2019 and we have two daughters. We enjoy camping, traveling, anything rodeo related, and watching our kids experience new adventures.
I'm a mother of two, a daughter and a son. I was born in Nebraska and have been in Washington for the past 30 years. I enjoy road trips, reading, baking, and spending time with my family.
I was born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, and when I was 13 ventured out to Washington. Fast forward to present day I am married and have three handsome boys I love dearly, and was able to take on this opportunity to join the JRCC family. Excited for the future and what is to come.
I was raised in McMinnville, Oregon and Moved to Moses Lake in 2012. I got married in September of 2020 and my husband and I have 6 beautiful children, a golden-doodle, and a German Shepard/Husky mix. I love fishing, kayaking, camping, and traveling to warm places.
Eric has over four years of experience in recruiting in non-technical and technical roles. Eric has a passion for people and is currently working as a recruiter for JRCC. He is first generation student and just recently graduated with honors from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree. In his free time, he loves to take his son golfing and coach his sons soccer/basketball team.
16yr Army Veteran. A die-hard Seattle sports fan! Enjoys time with his family (Wife, 2 sons and 1 daughter). I Love to travel, coach and play sports. Been at JRCC as an estimator since October 2020.
I was born and raised in California then made the move to Moses Lake Wa 2003, I Married my husband Matt Johnson June of 2006, I am also a Mom of 3 boys and 1 daughter. I joined the JRCC family in 2022.
Jeremy has been in the construction Industry for over 15 years. As the biggest of 7 siblings, he would frequently be called to help his dad pour concrete on his commercial jobs at the ripe age of 11. From there he branched out and expanded his experience until he had gained skills in all areas of construction and remodeling. Jeremy and his wife of 7 years, have just welcomed their fourth daughter, making Jeremy the father of five girls.
Dylan is a carpenter and has been in construction related fields for over 12 years. He started in restoration and after a few years spent expanding his skillset in other areas he found a home at JRCC. Dylan was born and raised in Yakima, where he met his wife, and they are raising their daughter.
Born and raised in Yakima, WA. I grew up training Thoroughbred race horses until I was 18. I enrolled at Perry tech and became a master mechanic, primarily rebuilding engines and transmissions until I wanted to get into the construction world. I moved to Seattle and started a boutique remodeling company in king county. I moved back to Yakima in March of 2022 to start reconnecting with family and soon start a family of my own. I enjoy backpacking and camping in the summertime and skiing and hunting in the winter. Favorite color is yellow and cheesecake is the way to my heart.

I was raised in Snohomish Washington and graduated from high school there and lived on that side of Washington state until 4 years ago when I met my wife and moved to Moses Lake. I've worked in construction for 20 plus years now and have experience in all areas of construction from building bridges to roofing houses, I have 6 kids and I love to hunt, fish , and kayak and spend time with family.
Eliseo has been living here in Washington state for the past 20 years. He loves the weather and spending time with his family, especially his grandson. His hobbies are fishing, music, cooking and gardening. His passion is helping other people.

I started working when I was 13 years old in carpentry with my step father to support my mother I'm the Oldest of 10, 5 brothers, 4 sisters. I moved to Othello 4 years ago. My name is Ismael Martinez I was lining in Mattawa for 15 years and I moved to Ephrata and I have been working in repairs for 5 years. I have been blessed with 3 children.
I was raised on Badger Mountain until we moved to the farm in the basin. I served a church mission to Brazil where I helped and served the people of Sao Paulo Brazil. I have a degree in Business from Central Washington University. I have run construction companies in Centralia and Olympia. I owned my own company for years. After my own business ended I began consulting for various companies helping with their building projects all over the United states. Traveling with my family we stayed in 36 of the United States. There were a couple of years that my kids did not see snow because we were in the south. We did this for 9 years. Covid caused us to rethink being far from family. I returned to Wenatchee with my family to become the Project Manager for JRCC in Wenatchee. It is good to be home.
I'm a father of two sons (one of which works with us here) I've been a carpenter for 30 years with roofing and siding being the main trades for 20 years under my own company. Interior trades I've been doing for the past ten years and do enjoy them more then exterior.
Adam has been with JRCC for the last 3 years. Helping people has always been a passion of his regardless of if it is done during or after work. He feels like it is his purpose to not only help when he can but to be a positive force when negative situations arise. His hobbies are Baseball, Football, MMS, Boxing and mindset. He is married to the most amazing person in the world Brittany, they have been blessed with 3 kids 2 daughters and 1 son, and 3 grandkids Koa, Kora and Kyro.

I was born and raised in New York City. I've been up and down the east coast and been alot of places in this world. I've worked many type of jobs like the World Trade Center, and many warehouse jobs. I fell in love with my wife now, and decided to move across the country to Washington to be with her and when I got here I was looking for work and Jrcc caught my attention so here I am. I am very happy to have found a home in Jrcc.
I am very optimistic and constantly looking for new opportunities to learn and grow. I can do anything I put my mind to I learn faster than most. I'll do whatever it takes to provide for my family. My first baby girl is due in March 2023 and I couldn't be more excited. I am buying my first home for my growing family in January 2023.
Miguel was raised in Mattawa WA, has 3 amazing kids and has been with his beautiful lady for 9 years! Miguel started at JRCC 3 years ago as a mitigation tech he then became lead tech. From there he advanced to carpenter then mitigation superintendent. Miguel succeeds with his passion for helping people.
Born and raised in Yakima Washington. Graduated high school, some college, played sports in and out of high school. Was in the battery business for three years and then got into restoration was growing and building certifications doing that for 9 years and then switched and did abatement for two years, then back to restoration. Love what I do because every job is different.
